Alice Owen

My name is Alice, I'm a mother and I'm very interested in parenting issues, what it's like to raise kids, what are the mistakes we make, how we can improve the  way we communicate with our children to help them be responsible adults. I made mistakes. I don't think anyone is a "bad parent", it's just that we don't always know how to talk to our kids and understand them.

I learnt a lot of things and I applied a parenting method (found on www.YourParentingHelp.com) with my daughter and I'm very satisfied with all the changes that occured since I decided to change. I just got my life back ! and my daughter too ! And I love to write so it's a real pleasure for me to share what I learnt with parents who might be struggling with their kids right now. :)
